Technical characteristics
The WQ submersible sewage pump boldly innovates in its overall structure and hydraulic model design, utilizing advanced design concepts and methods such as CFD flow field analysis technology and finite element analysis method. The impeller undergoes dynamic balance testing with minimal vibration to ensure smooth operation. The impeller is processed separately to meet the specified working point, delivering fluid efficiently with its better flow channel and speed.
Large channel impeller: used to transport wastewater containing large solid particles. A large channel impeller runs in a volute, and the shape and size of the channel make it difficult for the pump to block. Therefore, it is ideal for pumping wastewater containing large solid particles.
Vortex impeller: suitable for wastewater containing solid particles. During the pumping process of a vortex impeller, a rapidly rotating vortex is triggered by the impeller, which increases the liquid pressure. Most solid particles in the liquid do not enter contact with the impeller, greatly reducing wear and improving the lifespan of the water pump.
Multi blade impeller: The impeller is a multi blade type, efficient in water delivery and non clogging.
