Structural features
1. shell and support pipe
The vtmc pump is a double shell, vertical multi-stage radial split structure. The shell bears the inlet pressure. The length of the shell and the installation depth of the pump depend on the NPSH requirements of the device. At the same time, the pump can also be used as multi-stage submerged pump, tank pump and multi-stage pipeline pump.
When used as a multi-stage submerged pump, the pump can be installed in the medium tank, and there is no need to install the shell at this time. When used as a tank pump, it can be installed on the container, which can be used as the shell of the pump.
When used as a multi-stage pipeline pump, it can use the horizontal inlet and outlet of standard structure, or remove the shell and directly install the suction flange at the lower part of the pump to connect with the pipeline.
The structure of the support pipe shall meet the requirements of the medium delivered by the pump. An intermediate guide bearing is installed between the two support pipes. The span between the guide bearings meets the requirements of API610 standard to ensure that the allowable continuous speed is lower than the first critical speed. The rigid shaft design ensures that the pump operates smoothly and has little vibration to a greater extent.
2. impeller and guide vane
The first stage impeller is generally a suction impeller, which can improve the cavitation performance of the pump. Each specification has corresponding groups of impellers and guide vanes, which are suitable for different operation requirements, with stable performance, high efficiency and low NPSHr value.
3. Sealing system
API682 cartridge mechanical seal design, configurable single face, “series” double face mechanical seal and “parallel” double face mechanical seal. The throttling bushing assembly can be used to reduce the pressure of the mechanical seal chamber. Different flushing and cooling systems are equipped according to different conveying media.
4. Bearing body and lubrication
The paired angular contact ball bearing is used to bear the residual axial force and rotor weight.
The large oil storage chamber of the bearing box is equipped with an independent internal circulation automatic lubrication system, which can not only effectively lubricate the bearing, but also make the bearing oil temperature uniform, ensuring the long life of the bearing.
When the temperature of the conveying medium is high, the cooling device can be used to reduce the temperature of the oil chamber.
The oil chamber is designed with large capacity and large oil storage capacity.
The constant position oil cup compensates the lubricating oil online, and the oil level gauge detects the oil level in real time.
The bearing parts can be disassembled and assembled as a whole, which is convenient for maintenance.
