ISG series pipeline centrifugal pump is used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water, with a service temperature of T ≤ 80 ℃. It is suitable for:

structure characteristics
The pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters and is located on the same centerline. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, with a compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, and greatly reduced construction investment.
The impeller is directly installed on the extended shaft of the motor, with a short axial size. The pump and bearing configuration is reasonable, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, thereby ensuring the smooth operation of the pump and low vibration noise.
The shaft seal is a mechanical seal made of hard wear-resistant alloy material, with a normal use time of over 8000 hours.
Easy installation and maintenance, without the need to dismantle the pipeline system. As long as the pump coupling seat is removed, all rotating parts can be extracted.
Working conditions
Maximum working pressure ≤ 2.5MPa (different pump models may vary)
The volume of solid insoluble matter in the suction and discharge medium shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume
The ambient temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃, the altitude shall not exceed 1000m, and the relative humidity shall not exceed 95%

The material of the overcurrent components is generally ordinary gray cast iron.
