The developed test bench can test pump drive mechanisms, including single-phase AC motors, three-phase AC motors, DC motors, high-voltage motors, AC asynchronous motors, AC synchronous motors, 50Hz/60Hz AC motors (can use 40-65Hz), internal combustion engines, magnetic turbines, wind turbines, and solar motors.
Test scope: Motors of any power and pumps of any diameter. It can perform high-precision testing, from several watts of water pumps used in aquariums to thousands of kilowatts of water pumps used in power plants.
Test items: pump performance test, cavitation test, noise and vibration test, leakage test, bearing temperature rise test, operation test, as well as motor no-load test, load test, temperature rise test, and locked rotor test.

Software environment: Chinese and English interface, C++development, running Windows 98/ME/2000/XP, querying all tested pumps in the database, querying, generating curves, and printing at any time. The printing format can be freely formatted using Word. The pump station/pump unit testing management software is written using LabView, with a luxurious interface.
