The main design features of this pump are summarized as follows:

A large number of local components that have undergone long-term operational testing are used, and the components have high interchangeability.

The rapid assembly and disassembly design allows the water pump to replace seals, bearings, and balance components without disassembling the pump body and inlet and outlet pipelines, ensuring minimal overhaul and inspection time.

The combination of high efficiency, high reliability, and low cost ensures that the HDG (B) high-pressure multi-stage centrifugal pump can maintain its high stability and extremely high operating efficiency even after long-term operation, through the optimal match between the impeller and guide vanes, as well as reasonable fit clearance and wide axial throttling design.

Good cavitation performance. Adopting excellent impeller hydraulic models or special double suction impeller structures, users do not need to configure additional booster pumps or increase the height of the water tank.

Safe pump body sealing design. According to different pressures and structures, the pump body adopts hard sealing with metal face to metal face and metal wound gasket or O-ring sealing for auxiliary sealing, with good sealing effect.

The pressure bearing components adopt a high-strength forging structure, high-quality materials, and a variety of inlet and outlet flanges and nozzle designs, which improves the high allowable nozzle load of the pump and can meet the specific needs of the system in special circumstances of users at any time.

According to user requirements, intermediate taps and minimum flow systems can be added.
