HGS and HGR pumps are single stage, horizontal cantilever centrifugal pumps with single suction radial impeller, axial horizontal suction, and radial upward discharge. The sealing adopts an O-ring+metal face hard seal, and metal wound gasket sealing is used for special temperatures.
The pump rotor is composed of pump shaft, impeller and other components. The axial force of the pump is balanced by the impeller balance hole, and the residual axial force is borne by the thrust ball bearing.
The pump body adopts two methods: foot support and centerline support. When the medium temperature is high, the centerline method is used for support. The shaft seal adopts containerized mechanical seal or packing seal, the bearing adopts rolling bearing, and its lubrication adopts oil ring lubrication.
Used for transporting water to the heaters of thermal power generation units or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water.

Safe pump body sealing design. According to different pressures and structures, the pump body adopts a hard seal with metal facing the metal surface and an auxiliary seal with metal wound gaskets or O-rings.
The thickened design of the pump body pressure bearing components increases the high allowable nozzle load and corrosion allowance of the pump, and can meet the specific needs of the system in special circumstances of users at any time.
